STAVE OFF AGING
Skin sags with age.
Laugh lines and frowning lines can never be avoided; they inevitably show, but can be delayed for years.
Use moisturisers under make-up and lubricant around eyes and neck.
Above all, don't be afraid of water.
Your skin needs a lot of cleaning.
Be the gentle, meek self that you are.
Avoid frowning and squiggling your eyebrows.
They hasten lines of age.
Here are some exercise for your face.
a) Pinch and relax your nostrils by themselves, not your thumb and forefinger.
This keeps the upper-lip muscles from sagging.
b) Grin exaggeratedly stretching corners of your mouth back.
Relax and repeat this exercise by jutting chin forward, repeat.
Tightens muscles around mouth, chin, cheek, jaw.
