CHAMPAGNE


      Do chill champagne in ice bucket only up to the neck, or removing the cork may be troublesome.
      Do not chill champagne in the refrigerator for hours.The flavor is more delicate if chilled for only
             a short while on ice.
      If you find it difficult to remove the plastic cork, run hot water on the neck of the bottle. Heat expands
             the glass, causing the cork to pop out.
