HOW TO SELECT THE RIGHT SNEAKERS

In looking for sneakers, remember that the pair should fit as snugly as regular shoes do.
Don't be impressed by strong colors and low prices.
Often, the higher priced sneakers last much much longer that the inexpensive ones.
Shop with the sock's you'll be wearing with the sneakers.
They could change the size you need by as much as one size.
You should have an eye for a heel that's slightly raised to minimize strain on your Achilles tendon.
If you're a jogger, pick nylon sneakers.
They're light and they don't usually cause break-in blisters.
For tennis afficionados, nylon and canvas are the heavy favorites.
Leather ones could also do provided they're supple and light weight.
Basketball fanatics, on the other hand, should choose sneaketrs with good ankle support.
This will prove handy in the side-to-side motions in volved in the sport.
