FILTER TIPS

      
Paper towel cut to size make enexpensive filters for percolators or drin pots.
Remove some of the acid taste of coffee by adding a small pinch of salt before pouring in the boiling water.
Works for hot chocolate, too.
For clear coffee, put unwashed egg shells in after percolating coffee.
Remember, always start with cold water.
